"Törggele" Hiking in Our Multi-Facetted Region: Rich in Tradition, Authentic, and Great Tasting
You shouldn't visit the Eisack Valley / Val d'Isarco without hiking through the gently rolling mid-altitude Alpine landscape, visiting our vineyards and chestnut tree orchards, and stopping in a various different rustic inns for a hearty refreshment. This so-called "Törggele" hiking is a real taste-treat. You'll get to sample dishes which our farmers used to eat only on special holidays, and you'll drink wine they've pressed and fermented themselves. We hope that you'll stop in for a bite and a glass of good, country wine – our "Törggele" are expecting you!
